Job Description: We are looking for Targeting Officers, at all levels, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia! This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 2-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments. The officer shall demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Review and analyze specialized data for intelligence leads
- Draft comprehensive targeting packages to support client objectives
- Engage diverse stakeholders to address requirements and generate new leads for exploitation
- Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and communicate pertinent data to relevant customer components through various written reports and briefings.
- Leverage customer collection platforms to identify and mitigate intelligence gaps in support of tactical and operational objectives.
- Create, review, and process all-source intelligence, demonstrating the ability to conduct research, analysis, and reporting across all disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data). Qualifications:
- Level 3
- Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Tradecraft-related work experience
- D emonstrated ability to research and analyze
- Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
- Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work
- Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph
- Level 4
- Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Tradecraft-related work experience
- D emonstrated ability to research and analyze
- Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission

- Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
