Your effort and expertise are crucial to the success and execution of this impactful mission that is critical in ensuring mission success through Target Analyst Reporters, Collection Managers, Collection Targeting and Compliance Managers, Analytic Editors, SIGINT Geospatial Analysts and Threat Analysts by improving, protecting, and defending our Nation's Security.

Job Description:

Prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to mission requirements. Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel. Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements. Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of actions, if applicable. Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection. Perform pre-release quality control functions.

The Target Analyst Reporter shall possess the following capabilities:

• Ability to research, analyze and report intelligence.
• Experience with SIGINT reporting and collection.
• Knowledge of agency specific tools and methodologies.
• Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.
• Demonstratedexperiencein an area directly relatedto the mission (e.g. collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.

Qualifications:

• Level 1:
• High school diploma or GED plus6years of relevant experience, or anAssociate'sdegree plus4years of relevant experience, or aBachelor'sdegreeplus 2years of relevant experience
• Level 2:
• High school diploma or GED plus9years of relevant experience, or anAssociate'sdegree plus7years of relevant experience, or aBachelor'sdegreeplus 5years of relevant experience, or aMaster'sdegree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 2 years ofrelevant experience.
• Level 3:
• High school diploma or GED plus12years of relevant experience, or anAssociate'sdegree plus10years of relevant experience, or aBachelor'sdegreeplus 8years of relevant experience, or aMaster'sdegree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 4 years ofrelevant experience.
• Level 4:
• High school diploma or GED plus15years of relevant experience, or anAssociate'sdegree plus13years of relevant experience, or aBachelor'sdegreeplus 11years of relevant experience, or aMaster'sdegree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 7 years ofrelevant experience.
• All Levels:
• Degreein a liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range: 50,000-200,000
