The DoD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for Active-Duty Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training and/or internships during the last 180 days of service. Job Description:

• Join our team to gain hands-on experience in organizational operations, project coordination, and workforce development. This internship is designed for service members transitioning to civilian careers in administrative leadership, HR, finance/accounting, talent acquisition, or project/program management. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to learn best practices in managing people, resources, and deliverables.

The SkillBridge Administrative/Project Management Intern shall possess the following capabilities:

Training Areas:

• Human Resources processes, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
• Project coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Finance & accounting fundamentals for business operations.
• Cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Jira), Unanet, Paylocity, Taleo.

What You'll Learn:

• Translating military planning skills into civilian project management.
• Applying process improvement techniques to real-world workflows.
• Understanding the employee lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding.
• Managing budgets, invoices, and operational reporting.

Qualifications:

• Has served at least 180 days on active duty.
• Is within 180 days of separation or retirement.
• Will receive honorable discharge.
• Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS.
• Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months.

• Received Unit Commander authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship.

• NOTE: SkillBridge interns will not be eligible for any compensation during their internship, as they will continue to receive all military pay and benefits. Pay Range: Unpaid Internship
