REALM Rooftop Bar is seeking a Host to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and create a strong first impression of the REALM experience
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists with efficiency and attention to flow
- Coordinate seating to balance guest experience and service team needs
- Communicate clearly with guests regarding wait times and accommodations
- Answer calls and assist with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain an organized and clean host stand and entrance area
- Support team operations by updating table statuses and assisting where needed
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, guest-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Comfort using reservation and POS systems
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
Pay: From $17.95 per hour
