If you're ready to take your passion for education beyond the classroom, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

As an Associate Product Developer, you'll work alongside former teachers, curriculum experts, designers, and product development professionals to create engaging, standards-aligned learning solutions used by thousands of educators nationwide. From brainstorming new ideas to seeing products come to life, you'll help shape the next generation of classroom resources that make teaching easier and learning more meaningful.

If you've ever thought, "I wish someone would create a better classroom resource," this is your chance to be that someone.

What You'll Do

  • Develop innovative, standards-aligned educational products for PreK-3 classrooms across multiple subject areas.
  • Design engaging print, digital, and hands-on learning resources, including games, manipulatives, teacher materials, and classroom activities.
  • Apply your classroom experience to identify instructional needs and develop creative solutions that support teachers and improve student outcomes.
  • Research educational trends, curriculum standards, classroom best practices, and emerging technologies to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams to bring products from concept through launch.
  • Review educational content for instructional accuracy, grade-level appropriateness, and curriculum alignment while ensuring exceptional quality.
  • Present new product ideas and incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders throughout the development process.
  • Evaluate prototypes and production samples to ensure classroom effectiveness, functionality, and quality standards are met.
  • Write compelling product copy that clearly communicates educational value, learning objectives, and classroom applications.
  • Maintain product documentation, educational archives, photography samples, and product records throughout the product lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of K-3 classroom teaching experience.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, lesson planning, and differentiated instruction.
  • Passion for developing engaging educational products that support teachers and inspire students.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
