Center Based BCBA position availableFull-time, Monday Friday, BCBA position is available. This position is an exclusive center based BCBA position available at RCS Learning Center (Natick, MA). This is a rare opportunity to be able to join our Learning Center as a BCBA. Qualifications: work with individuals with Autismdevelop skill acquisition programscreate function-based behavior support planscomplete both skills assessments and functional behavior assessmentsproficient in staff, teacher and parent trainingspossesses excellent communication, organization and time management skillsmust be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavioral Analyst (LABA)ideally have at least one year of BCBA experience RCS Benefits Include: Up to 6 weeks for vacation, personal time and holidays offAnnual salary, rates are competitiveFree CEU's offered onsite Oversight from experienced BCBAsExcellent benefits including medical (Harvard Pilgrim), dental insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield), and vision (EyeMed) Co-pays as low as $15.00!
