Associate must have Oracle JDE / JD Edwards / Edwards experience combined with HR or Payroll domain knowledge.
Deep expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HR and Payroll modules with the ability to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, and system optimization.
10 years of hands-on experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HR Payroll.
Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, tax rules, statutory compliance, and payroll accounting.
Experience with JDE UBE reports, table structures, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Time & Labor, Benefits Administration, and Employee Self-Service (ESS).
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HR and Payroll modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective JDE functional solutions.
Manage payroll setup including tax configurations, deductions, benefits, time entry, and pay-cycle execution.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws, statutory requirements, and payroll compliance standards.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve payroll issues within JDE systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in HR, Finance, and IT for seamless operational integration.
Conduct end-user training, prepare functional documentation, and support knowledge transfer.
Participate in system upgrades, ESUs, tools releases, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal system performance.
