Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling services
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in regular supervision and consultation (Residents)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Attend team meetings and community-building events
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Support workshops, psychoeducational groups, and community outreach initiatives
- Uphold ethical and professional counseling standards
- Engage in ongoing learning around cultural humility, anti-oppressive practice, and trauma-informed care
Qualifications
Resident in Counseling
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- Active Virginia Resident in Counseling status (or eligible)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Active Virginia LPC license in good standing

Compensation:
- Resident in Counseling: $40 per clinical hour
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): $60 per clinical hour
