Business Development & Growth Intern
Want real-world experience in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship?
Realign & Thrive is seeking a Business Development & Growth Intern to work directly with founder Yana Carstens supporting outreach, relationship-building, and strategic growth initiatives.
This is not a coffee-run internship.
You'll learn how founder-led businesses actually grow through relationships, strategic networking, and creating opportunities.
You will gain hands-on experience in:

What You'll Do
- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Build prospect lists and identify warm opportunities
- Support LinkedIn networking and outreach campaigns
- Draft personalized outreach messages and follow-ups
- Track leads and conversations in Trello and CRM tools
- Identify speaking, partnership, and business opportunities
- Assist with market research and growth projects
- Participate in sales strategy conversations and founder meetings
- Learn how opportunities move from introduction to signed engagement
