Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant to support and manage SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (AC), Risk Analysis & Remediation (RAR), Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighter), and User Access Management (UAM). This role requires close collaboration with SAP Security, Audit, and Compliance teams to ensure effective risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support SAP GRC Access Control (AC) modules.
Manage SoD (Segregation of Duties) risk analysis, remediation, and mitigation.
Configure and support Firefighter / Emergency Access Management (EAM).
Handle User Access Management (UAM) workflows and approvals.
Perform role design, role remediation, and access provisioning.
Integrate SAP GRC with SAP ECC / S4HANA systems.
Support audits (internal/external) and ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
Work closely with business users, auditors, and IT security teams.
Troubleshoot GRC issues and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare documentation, reports, and compliance evidence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 years of experience in SAP Security & SAP GRC.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC 10.x / 12.x.
Expertise in Access Control, RAR, EAM (Firefighter), and UAM.
Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
Good understanding of SOX compliance and audit processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
