Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end users (hardware, software, and network issues).
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform OS upgrades, patches, and software installations.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to printers, network connectivity, and system performance.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Requirements:
- 3 years of desktop or IT support experience.
