Advanced Program Management: Proven expertise (10 years) in leading complex, enterprise-level IT infrastructure programs with significant business and regulatory impact. Applies advanced methodologies to deliver on time, within scope, and budget.
CMMC & Government Compliance: Deep understanding of CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) requirements, DoD compliance frameworks, and audit preparation in government contracting environments.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans and roadmaps, aligning program objectives with organizational and regulatory goals.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Experience in managing relationships with executive leadership, government clients, and cross-functional teams. Skilled at facilitating collaboration, managing expectations, and delivering high-level briefings.
Technical Infrastructure Leadership: Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Windows servers/endpoints, Linux administration, virtualization, networking, and identity & access management (IAM) in CMMC-governed environments.
Risk Management & Creative Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate complex risks and dependencies, providing innovative solutions to unique challenges in regulated settings.
Leadership & Team Development: Recognized as a lead contributor and mentor, with experience developing, coaching, and influencing teams to achieve program success.
Communication & Reporting: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear, actionable updates to diverse audiences.
Autonomy & Agility: Works under consultative direction, demonstrating agility to pivot strategies as business and regulatory needs evolve
Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are desirable
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of a secure government enclave buildout and user migration, ensuring operational continuity and CMMC compliance.
Drive policy implementation to align IT operating procedures with updated governance and regulatory requirements.
Help support documentation and evidence collection to facilitate a successful CMMC assessment and audit readiness.
Develop and maintain high-level program plans, roadmaps, and milestones for complex, multi-phase initiatives.
Facilitate large cross-functional meetings and steering committees, ensuring alignment and progress across technical and business stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and escalate resource gaps, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery and program health.
Provide executive-level updates and program visibility, serving as a spokesperson and subject matter expert for government and internal leadership.
