Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, providing professional customer service and assistance
- Manage direct calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or executives
- Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, filing permits and maintaining office equipment
- Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, whether in person or via phone or email
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus
