We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy, customer-service-focused Real Estate Centralized Loan Processor to join our growing team in Iowa. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for customer service, process management, and the real estate industry.
Real Estate Loan Processors provide exceptional loan and cash closing services for lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, and borrowers.
The right candidate will:
- Prepare closing packages for loans and cash closings.
- Work closely with loan closers, lenders, abstractors, attorneys, transaction coordinators and other vendors to complete closings in a timely and efficient manner.
- Review and clean up title work as needed.
- Audit transactions prior to closing out to ensure all documents are complete and in compliance.
This position is in-person, full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. This person will work from our Pella office. We’re happy to train the candidate who has a desire to deliver excellence in customer service. Starting salary range is commensurate with experience.
