Role Description
The Lead Aircraft Detailer is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX. The role involves overseeing and performing aircraft detailing services such as exterior cleaning, paint polishing, leather conditioning, and applying protective coatings. Responsibilities include leading the detailing team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, training team members, and coordinating schedules and tasks for efficient operations. Additionally, the role requires maintaining communication with staff and clients to ensure service excellence while meeting deadlines.

- Proficiency in cleaning, polishing, and detailing techniques specific to aircraft
- Experience in safety protocols, quality control measures, and equipment handling
