Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative at Realbricks. The Sales Representative will engage prospective and existing investors through calls, video meetings, emails, and messaging platforms to explain Realbricks’ offerings and guide them through the investment process. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting product demos, addressing questions about fractional real estate investing, and supporting customers through onboarding and account setup. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to share market insights and customer feedback. The Sales Representative will work toward defined sales targets, follow up on inbound leads, proactively reach out to potential investors, and help ensure a positive, compliant, and customer-focused sales experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and communication skills, including consultative selling, relationship building, and clear verbal and written communication.
- Experience with customer engagement and support, such as handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Familiarity with financial or investment products, real estate, or fintech platforms, and the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms.
- Comfort using digital tools, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and online collaboration platforms.
