Why This Role

• Pay Progression: Start at $22.41/hour and advance to $25.90/hour after 90 days with solid attendance and performance
• Time Off: Work only 15 days per month and enjoy 7 days off within each rotation
• Incentives: $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days; $600 retention bonus after 9 months
• Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7AM–7PM and 7PM–7AM)
• Rotation Pattern: 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 3 off, 4 on, 7 off; then repeats

• Assist with all furnace-related tasks to support safe, timely, and productive operations
• Work in an industrial environment with extreme temperatures while wearing PPE
• Communicate clearly with teammates to maintain a smooth shift

What You Bring

• Manufacturing experience and a strong safety mindset
• High School Diploma or GED
• Motivated, ethical, goal-oriented, and challenge-driven approach
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility for overtime and rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 operation
• Excellent communication skills; basic computer proficiency and Microsoft Excel

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Use sight to examine, observe surrounding traffic, and determine employee locations
• Judge distance accurately and distinguish colors
• Use touch and smell to identify equipment issues; speak and understand speech clearly
• Hear safety alarms reliably
• Work in tight/confined spaces and in extreme heat near furnaces
• Climb ladders, maintain balance, and work at heights for extended periods
• Frequent walking, standing, reaching, crouching, sitting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and torso rotation
