💰 Compensation: $150K-$160K base competitive bonus
Are you passionate about advancing cutting-edge therapies in Electrophysiology? We're looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead a team within our Therapy & Preclinical group. This highly visible role will drive innovation and generate best-in-class scientific evidence to support global regulatory approvals.
What You'll Do:
✔ Lead and mentor a team of engineers and scientists
✔ Own GLP compliance and preclinical study execution
✔ Design and execute complex scientific experiments, including requirements development, methodology design, and technical documentation
✔ Collaborate cross-functionally to align product design with commercialization goals
✔ Deliver compelling scientific evidence for regulatory and clinical stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
✅ BS or MS in Biomedical Engineering or related field
✅ 5 years in medical device development within a regulated environment (Leadership experince Required)
✅ Experience in therapy or preclinical R&D, including GLP ownership
✅ Strong scientific rigor, critical thinking, and leadership skills
✅ Familiarity with cardiac therapies and global regulatory processes (IDE, product approvals)
