Yoo Realty Group is a top-producing residential real estate team serving Southern Wisconsin, with agents active across the majority of Wisconsin MLSs. We are highly systemized, organized, and performance-driven.

We are now hiring an Inspirational Sales Manager to support and accelerate that growth.
What This Role Involves
This is an in-office, salaried position with bonus opportunities focused on leadership, training, and accountability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Agent outreach and performance coaching
- Identifying and improving gaps in our training programs
- Maintaining and optimizing team systems
- Recruiting and growth initiatives
- Developing cutting-edge training content
- Leading and running impactful sales meetings
- Serving as a primary point of contact for team agents
Real estate is not a 9–5 career. Occasional after-hours or weekend support for urgent agent needs will be part of the role.
Part-time production alongside your leadership responsibilities is welcomed.
Success in this position requires fully immersing yourself in our technology, culture, systems, and best practices - and then elevating them.
