Job Summary
We are seeking a go getter mentality highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating projects, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth daily operation. Must have valid drivers license as you will need to travel back and forth from various job sites. company car will be provided Monday-Thursday from 10am-4pm.

Duties

  • Travel to and from various job sites.
  • Run personal errands.
  • Act of point of contact between employer and others. communication with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations; perform transcription and data entry tasks accurately.
  • Oversee office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, maintaining office supplies, and front desk responsibilities.
  • Assist with client onboarding, customer service inquiries, and general administrative duties to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Use Office Suite applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation and editing.
  • Support executive administrative needs including travel arrangements, expense reports, and personal scheduling as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role with relevant office management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent typing skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks; experience with data entry and filing systems is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating professionalism at all times.
  • Experience with event planning, project coordination, transcription, proofreading, and office experience is highly desirable.
  • Tech-savvy with computer literacy across various platforms; comfortable learning new software tools as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
