Join our dynamic remodeling/renovation team as a Subcontractor/Laborer. Responsibilities
***WILLING TO TRAIN ***
- Assist with various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, interior remodeling, fencing repairs/installation, exterior repairs/painting, interior painting/repairs, and everything in-between!
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned duties with precision and in a timely manner.
- Support site management by following safety protocols, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to project schedules.
- Perform demolition, caulking, trim carpentry, remodeling/renovations, minor electrical and plumbing, interior and exterior painting, cabinet installation as needed.
- Use of some equipment responsibly for site preparation or material handling under supervision.
- Assist with construction and/or remodeling/renovation projects.
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction sites with exposure to various trades such as plumbing, electrical work, roofing or renovation is desirable but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and equipment operation enhances your effectiveness on the job.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely in diverse environments including tile laying, flooring installation (not including carpet), or remodeling projects.

PAID WEEKLY- Pay varies by job (some hourly, some by job)
