Job Title: Production Technician

Shift & Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday
Job Summary:
As a Production Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in preparing and programming units for both customer orders and inventory. You’ll also handle packaging and shipping, ensuring each order goes out smoothly using standard delivery services.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Product Preparation & Assembly: Assemble products using various building materials to create finished units for programming, shipping, or inventory stocking.
- Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Package and ship orders using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
- Receiving & Inventory Control: Receive incoming materials, verify contents by hand-counting, and accurately log items into inventory. Some heavy lifting is required.
- Programming & Script Maintenance: Use tools like Power Automate to program products. Maintain and occasionally write new scripts to improve efficiency.
- Supply Management: Monitor and order packaging materials and supplies as needed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in regular inventory counts and reporting.
- Stock Readiness: Ensure that “off-the-shelf” products are always stocked and ready for immediate shipment.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network issues, Windows applications, and hardware problems. Be ready to take initiative in learning and implementing new systems, processes, or equipment installations.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
