Assist in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities as needed.
Utilize Altium CAD (basic proficiency acceptable) for reviewing electrical schematics during investigations.
Shadow senior engineers initially to learn systems, processes, and device history.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
1-2 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and electrical test methodologies.
Experience with root‑cause analysis, failure investigations, or RMA-type work.
Ability to work within interdisciplinary teams and communicate technical findings clearly.
Familiarity with regulated environments and an understanding that design changes must follow established design controls.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with medical devices or other highly regulated technology.
Familiarity with IEC 60601 standards (not required).
Experience supporting CAPA investigations.
Exposure to lifecycle management or sustaining engineering for complex electro‑mechanical systems.
Working knowledge of Altium or similar schematic/PCB tools.
