Job Title: SHE / EHS Specialist
Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite)
Summary
Responsible for implementing and managing Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) programs to ensure regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and environmental protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Develop and deliver SHE training programs
- Implement safety policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies
- Support emergency response planning and execution
- Manage hazardous waste and environmental programs
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental/Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Experience with OSHA, PSM (Process Safety Management)
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 standards (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
