Job Title: Portfolio ContractorPay rate: $49/hrLocation: Remote Department: Orgovyx Marketing (PMO) Education:Bachelor’s in business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.Optional: CMP, PMP, CAPM, or Event Planning certifications.Understanding of Life Sciences / Healthcare preferred.Key Responsibilities:Manage congresses/events: maintain master spreadsheets, coordinate logistics, and ensure flawless execution.Handle speaker bureau: contracting, onboarding, training, travel, and accommodations.Oversee materials: route deliverables via PRC, ensure correct quantities and on-time delivery.Support cross-functional communication: Sales, Marketing, Market Access pre- and post-conference logistics.Vendor management: oversee deliverables, ensure compliance, and coordinate with internal teams.Ensure adherence to internal processes, compliance, and approval workflows.Maintain documentation, spreadsheets, budgets, and project tracking.Skills:Strong project/event management, logistics coordination, and vendor oversight.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail.Experience with spreadsheets and project management tools.
