Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $20/hr
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Experience handling orders via phone/email
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer-first attitude
- Reliable transportation (no public transit access)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and process orders
- Manage backorders and track shipments
- Communicate order status with customers
- Prepare invoices and shipping documentation
- Maintain records and assist with customer communications
