SUMMARY
Under the general supervision and guidance of the Senior Director of Event Operations, the Operations Event Staff will dedicate time to the private club rental operations and event managenent.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manage tasks as assigned by Event Director:
- Execute event operation plan, as designed by the Event Operations and Booking Teams
- Assist with customer and vendor services on-site
- Contribute to overall stadium upkeep
- Coordinate with full-time staff members to ensure successful event set-up and execution
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Event Director
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Schedule availability to work daytime hours, evenings, holidays, and weekends as events are scheduled by the booking team
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Must be efficient and adaptable to changes.
- Must have a high-level of communication.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to work independently with initiative and attention to detail.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, typing, etc.
