Real Roofing is one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in Arizona, serving homeowners with all aspects of roofing services. We’re expanding our brand presence and looking for a full-time, in-house videographer to capture our projects, story, and team in a dynamic and engaging way.

We are seeking a Videographer Editor Social Media Content Creator who can take full ownership of our content pipeline - shooting onsite, editing polished videos, and publishing across major social platforms. This is an in-person, boots-on-the-ground role (not remote). In this role, you will be responsible for capturing compelling footage, producing engaging videos, and delivering polished content that resonates with diverse audiences. Your passion for storytelling through video, combined with technical expertise in editing and post-production, will help elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, framing shots, and capturing high-quality footage.
• Edit raw footage into captivating videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, visual effects, color correction, and sound design using Adobe After Effects and other post-production tools.
• Incorporate photography skills to supplement video content with high-quality images when needed.
• Manage all aspects of video production from concept development through final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules that align with project goals.
• Maintain and organize digital media assets, ensuring easy access for future projects.
• Stay current on industry trends and new techniques to continually improve the quality of visual content.
• Capture high-quality video/photo content on job sites, in the office, and in the field
• Operate a drone to capture aerial roof footage (must have experience; FAA Part 107 is a plus)
• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube (short and long form), and Facebook
• Post directly to our social media channels with captions, hashtags, and trends
• Capture before/after roof projects, customer testimonials, sales team content, and company culture
• Maintain organized media libraries and meet fast-turnaround deadlines
• Bring creative ideas and understand what performs well on social media

Requirements

• Must live in the Phoenix metro area and be able to commute to job sites, office, events, etc.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
• Reliable transportation
• Proven experience in videography and photography with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and familiarity with Adobe After Effects
• Experience with photography and editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator)
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and trending formats
• Experience operating video production equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, stabilizers)
• Drone experience required (FAA Part 107 license is a plus)
• Knowledge of post-production workflows, including color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics
• Ability to film and work in fast-paced environments (roofing, construction, or real estate content preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media
• Must be self-driven, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
