About the Job

At Real Radiology we are on a mission to improve patient outcomes by ensuring our clients and radiologists have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed. We are a physician-owned teleradiology company that is committed to seamless operations, innovative technology, and exceptional services.

Be part of a team that’s transforming healthcare through meaningful impact. Here, collaboration, passion, and adaptability drive everything we do!

Summary

The Platform Automation Strategist supports Real Radiology's core business platforms, partnering with the Business Analysis Manager on configuration, administration, documentation, and user adoption. This role owns and manages the prioritized enhancement backlog for assigned platforms, directs vendor coordination on releases and new functionality, and drives the documentation and training strategy that fuels adoption across the organization. The role reports to the Business Analysis Manager and partners closely with the Business Analyst and Senior Data Analyst, supporting Business Analyst project work as team priorities require. This role must also be forward-thinking and genuinely curious about new technology — proactively identifying ways to automate manual work and accelerate how tasks get done across these platforms, rather than waiting for direction.

Job Functions

Platform Administration & Support

  • Partner with the Business Analysis Manager to own and manage the prioritized enhancement backlog for assigned platforms, weighing business value against effort and driving recommendations through to decision together.
  • Direct the business relationship with platform vendors on releases, fixes, and new feature rollouts, engaging Information Technology where changes affect systems in HITRUST scope.
  • Develop deep working knowledge of each platform's architecture, data flows, and integration points across the organization — understanding how a change in one area may affect other concurrent projects or teams.
  • Own the evaluation of new platform features, modules, and vendor releases, and drive adoption decisions based on business need.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual or repetitive tasks across platforms, reducing time-to-completion for recurring work.

System Administration

  • Partner with the Business Analysis Manager to administer configuration, workflows, and business rules across assigned platforms, and understand how each change affects connected processes.
  • Submit and track user access requests — account creation, role assignment, and permission changes — coordinating with Information Technology for provisioning, and verify that assigned access aligns with job function.
  • Own the resolution path for system performance and data-integrity issues — diagnosing business impact, directing the appropriate response, and partnering with the Business Analysis Manager or Information Technology to resolve.
  • Direct the release process for configuration changes — approving readiness for production deployment, communicating changes to affected users in advance, and owning the system of record for what changed and when.

Documentation & Training

  • Own the development and upkeep of user manuals, quick-reference guides, and standard operating procedures for each platform.
  • Own the training strategy for new and existing users, directing delivery on new features or workflow changes.
  • Ensure documentation keeps pace as platforms, configurations, and processes evolve.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with the Business Analyst on requirements gathering, process documentation, and implementation support for shared initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Senior Data Analyst on data structures, reporting needs, and platform data feeding financial and operational dashboards.
  • Support the Business Analysis Manager with ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and other Business Analyst-style deliverables as team priorities require.

Preferred Talents

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple concurrent platform and project priorities
  • Able to establish intake and prioritization discipline where formal process does not yet exist
  • Clear written and verbal communicator, able to train others of varying technical skill levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the Business Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Operates with integrity and accountability, taking real ownership of outcomes even in ambiguous or still-forming situations

Qualifications Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience as a business/systems analyst, platform administrator, or similar role, ideally in a healthcare or other regulated environment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or administering a business platform: enhancement prioritization, configuration, and workflow design
  • Experience creating end-user documentation (manuals, guides, SOPs) and delivering end-user training
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data-privacy/security requirements as they apply to system access and configuration
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus

BENEFITS & PERKS
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including retirement and profit sharing
  • Paid time off and flexibility to support your personal life
  • Fuel for your day with company sponsored lunches & snacks
