This job entails extensive depth into helping tenants renew, sign, understand, and abide by their lease agreement. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Happy, positive, and upbeat!
- Extremely thorough
- New Hampshire Real Estate Salesperson License (or willingness to quickly obtain RE license)
- Strong Leadership skills
- Solid decision making skills; capable of principle-based decision making and critical thinking
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Local area knowledge
- Building maintenance knowledge
- Computer proficiency—Microsoft Office/Excel (60 WPM 10 key fluent)
- Positive attitude with thick skin
- Competency in the following:
- Lease Agreements
- Management Agreements
- Residential Tenancies Act
- Anti-Discrimination Act
- Trade Practices and Fair Housing Laws
