The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the property to include: leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and resident retention. Specific Duties Include The Following
- Prepare and post listings for available units
- Schedule and conduct property tours with prospective residents
- Process applications and send leases to qualified applicants
- Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
- Collect monthly rental payments and follow up with delinquent residents
- File evictions on delinquent accounts when appropriate
- Conduct move-in, periodic, and move-out evaluations
- Manage and oversee make ready process after resident’s move-out
- Coordinate utility services
- Prepare and send lease renewals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local housing laws and regulations
