Commercial Property Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of assigned commercial properties.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasting expenses, and analyzing financial performance.
• Ensure timely collection of rent and other receivables; manage delinquency and coordinate with legal teams if necessary.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, renovations, and capital improvements.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and maintain property standards.
• Manage vendor contracts, negotiate service agreements, and monitor performance.
• Build strong tenant relationships, address service requests and complaints promptly.
• Assist in leasing efforts, including tenant retention, renewals, and working with brokers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare monthly reports for ownership, including financials, occupancy, leasing updates, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Highly detail oriented and very organized. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Real estate license is a plus.
Compensation, Work Hours, and Benefits:
This is a full-time opportunity at 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) in our Salt Lake City office.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
