The Business Development Manager is the primary engine behind growing our client base. You’ll build relationships grounded in trust, develop referral pipelines across departments, and represent RPM Seacoast NH as a credible, knowledgeable partner in the local real estate community.

What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of proven, verifiable success selling managed service contracts
- Top-tier prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing cross-departmental referrals and partnerships
- Strong time management and self-direction — you hold yourself accountable
- Knowledge of the Seacoast NH market and local real estate landscape
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort with CRM or property management tools a plus
