How You’ll Make An Impact
- Showcase the Vision: Lead property tours that highlight habitability and value, turning prospective interest into community members.
- Operational Excellence: Conduct meticulous move-in/move-out inspections to protect investor ROI and resident safety.
- Local Ambassador: Navigate Whatcom and Skagit counties daily, acting as the face of the brand for owners and tenants alike.
- Real-Time Reporting: Use our mobile suite to provide the office with the data they need to make strategic decisions for our clients.
- A Commitment to Community: You care about the quality of housing in our local area.
- Mobility: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required to cover our Whatcom and Skagit territory.
- Professional Grit: You can solve problems on the fly, from lockbox hiccups to last-minute showing requests.
- High-Touch Communication: You can talk shop with investors and provide a warm welcome to residents.
