- Proven Expertise: 2 years experience in maintenance, with skills in troubleshooting and repairing household systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with maintenance trades (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) and the ability to apply maintenance techniques to residential settings.
- Customer Focus: Patience and strong communication skills to explain technical details to residents and team members in an accessible way.
