Real Property Management Highland is looking for a motivated and people-focused Property Management Assistant to join our growing team in Marble Falls, Texas.

As a Property Management Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our property management operations, helping residents, owners, vendors, and team members receive exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with residents, property owners, and vendors
- Assist with maintenance coordination and follow-up
- Support leasing and property management activities
- Schedule appointments, inspections, and service calls
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks and office operations
- Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion
- Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution
