The Role
This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of a large apartment community consisting of four buildings and 300 units. You’ll work independently while also collaborating with the on-site property management team to keep the property organized, stocked, and well maintained. The work is steady, structured, and focused on consistency and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness of interior common areas, including hallways, entryways, and shared spaces
- Sweep, mop, dust, remove trash, and complete daily upkeep tasks
- Keep parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor areas clean and presentable
- Manage trash collection and disposal across the property
- Perform light groundskeeping, including weed control and basic upkeep
- Follow a consistent cleaning routine to ensure all areas are covered
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies; coordinate with the team on inventory needs
- Identify and report small issues before they become larger problems
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in completing tasks
- Comfortable using a smartphone for basic communication and task tracking
- Ability to perform physical work (standing, walking, lifting, bending regularly)
- Prior custodial, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience
- Experience working in apartment communities or multi-unit properties
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
