The Role: Leasing Assistant
You’ll manage vacant properties, working to lease them quickly and partnering with the Leasing Agent. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting Leasing Agents with collecting and organizing all property keys (home, mail, garage, pool, amenity) and other relevant lease information.
- Managing high volumes of calls, emails, and text messages from prospective tenants.
- Filing documents and maintaining office records, including lockbox inventory, tracking, and status.
- Providing general administrative assistance to the Director of Leasing and Leasing Agents.
- Performing Property Set-Ups and overseeing property readiness (photos, cleaning, maintenance documentation).
- Conducting property showings for prospective renters and providing detailed showing feedback to the Leasing Agent.
- Performing vacant property checks, including follow-up on maintenance and warranty items as needed.
- Running errands and completing miscellaneous tasks for the Leasing Agent as directed.
- Assisting with postings / Demands for Compliance, including follow-up and required documentation.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate of $19.75/hr
- Company vehicle (RPM will cover gas, insurance and maintenance).

Other Details
- Full-time, in-person role (visiting properties and minimal office time).
- Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs, climb stairs, and use internet-based software.
