We're actively building this function and looking to bring the right person on board quickly. As a growing local operator backed by Real Property Management's national systems, training, and infrastructure, we're building a high-performance team focused on long-term growth.
This role requires consistency, discipline, and comfort operating without daily structure - you'll own your activity and your outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Generate your own pipeline through proactive outreach, consistent networking, and disciplined follow-up - opportunity doesn't come to you, you go create it
- Build relationships with investors, property owners, real estate agents, and referral partners
- Convert leads into signed management agreements
- Conduct property walkthroughs and deliver high-value proposals
- Represent RPM Ascend in the market - at investor groups, BNI, Chamber events, and beyond
- Own your pipeline from first conversation to close
- Work closely with operations to onboard new clients smoothly
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first 90 days:
- High daily outreach activity - calls, emails, and in-person touchpoints - with consistent pipeline momentum
- Active presence at 2 networking events or investor meetups per month
- A growing pipeline with qualified leads moving through the sales cycle
- Minimum 3 signed management agreements by day 90
Ongoing:
- Monthly new door targets met or exceeded
- High conversion rate from proposal to signed contract
- A referral network that generates inbound opportunities over time
- Becoming a recognized name in the DFW investor community
WHO YOU ARE
- Comfortable with outbound - you pick up the phone, follow up without being asked, and build from scratch
- Someone who handles rejection and stays consistent - activity doesn't drop when things get tough
- A natural connector who earns trust quickly and maintains it over time
- Performance-driven and accountable - you know your numbers and own your results
- Organized, consistent, and disciplined in your follow-through
- A self-starter who doesn't need to be managed to stay active
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years in sales, real estate, or managed services - with a track record of outbound success
- Proven ability to prospect independently and close contracts
- Familiarity with the DFW market and its real estate investor community
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
COMPENSATION
- Base salary: $42,000/year
- $350 commission per signed management agreement
- 15% leasing bonus on every door placed (15% of 1 month's rent)
- Tier kicker: $500/door retroactive in any month you close 9 agreements
- Residual income: $12/door/month from month 4 - your book of business keeps paying you
- Multi-property clients: commission applies to every door
- Top performers can realistically earn $70K–$90K in year one. Uncapped - your results drive your income.
