Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE) — Paid Weekly

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Complete daily maintenance and repair requests for managed properties
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs
• Conduct routine property inspections (move-in, move-out, bi-annual)
• Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Communicate professionally with property managers, tenants, and vendors
• Track tools, materials, and supply needs
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and vehicles

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1 year of home maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, use ladders, and access crawlspaces
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to commute to Boise, ID 83704
