We are seeking a high-impact Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist who excels at converting in-person and digital leads into signed leases, maintaining high occupancy levels and facilitating resident retention. As a sales lead, you will manage the complete leasing cycle from initial inquiry to move-in, pairing an exceptional prospect and resident experience with strong conversion rates and rapport. In this cross-funcitonal role you will ahve the opporunity to collaborate with in-house and external marketing and operations teams. How You’ll Drive Success:

• Pipeline Management: Lead prospects through the end-to-end leasing journey, delivering a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience.
• Exceed Targets: Proactively monitor occupancy, convert leads efficiently, and consistently meet or exceed resident experience and retention benchmarks.
• Community Representative: Serve as the engaging, professional face of our community for prospective and current residents.

What You Bring:

• Proven Performance: 2 years of success in leasing, resident experience management with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Core Strengths: Dependability, adaptability, strong critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills (Bilingual Spanish/English is a significant asset).
• Tech Proficiency: Skilled with property management software and CRM (Yardi, Entrata, Knock, RentManager), MS 365, Google Workspace. (Bonus points if you have experience in digital ads and social marketing).
• Logistics: Highly organized with weekend/flexible availability, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Perks:

• Strong Earning Potential: $22.00/hour base uncapped commissions (monthly commissions average $2,100).
