Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Check patients out and schedule future appointments
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Verify insurance and update patient information
- Collect payments and discuss balances as needed
- Support the schedule and help keep the day running smoothly
- Communicate clearly with clinical team members
- Help create a positive patient experience from start to finish
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Front desk, dental, medical, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and phone skills
