REAL Journey Academies (RJA) is a non-profit, charter school organization headquartered in the Inland Empire region of Southern California. With 14 years of experience, RJA currently operates five school sites serving over 2,000 TK – 12 students and is developing plans to expand operations in the Inland Empire and other regions of California. Requirements / Qualifications
- Must possess an appropriate California Driver’s License and maintain possession of such license during the course of employment - Have an acceptable driving record - Must be insurable at standard rates by School's insurance carrier and maintain such insurability during the course of employment - Language Skills: Communicate effectively with students, educational staff, parents and others; Read, apply and be able to explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures related to therapy and special education per IDEA; Maintain effective records for staff and IEP team. - Mathematical Skills: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
