What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Coordinator position at REAL House Inc.?
This position is responsible for assisting clients with all preadmission and intake questions, concerns/issues as they relate to the treatment center. The focus is on the planning, implementation, and/or coordination of preadmission and intake services delivered to clients who are interested, eligible, and appropriate to be admitted into the treatment center. This includes ensuring that established procedures are followed and that standards are set for the delivery of preadmission and intake services are met. Services are to be provided using the client-centered recovery-oriented model of care. Collaboration and coordination with both internal and external resources are crucial to successful client outcomes. This position will not provide direct clinical care services (e.g., group facilitation, treatment planning, etc.)
