Summary:
Real Good Fish is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to handle a range of clerical and bookkeeping responsibilities. As the backbone of our administrative operations, you will manage files, perform bookkeeping tasks, handle payroll, update paperwork, and execute general office duties and errands.

CORE Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping with Quickbooks Online: Perform comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, including entering bills, auditing accounts, employee reimbursements, communicating with customers and vendors.
- Payroll: Execute payroll processes accurately and on time.
- Track several grant funded projects and expenditures for filing and reimbursement.
- Submit and manage up to date business permits, vehicle registration, insurance audits, etc.
- Submit orders with vendors, online and via phone.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Managing filing system: Efficiently organize and maintain a streamlined filing system.
- Recording information: Maintain precise records as required.
- Updating paperwork: Keep documents current and assist with word processing tasks.
- Office maintenance: Help organize and maintain common office areas, ensuring a conducive work environment.
- General office duties: Perform clerical tasks and run errands as needed.
- Event coordination: Coordinate and staff events. Not frequent, a few times a year.
- Supply inventory: Manage and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Office equipment maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment.
- Database management: Create, maintain, and enter information into databases accurately.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or associate’s degree.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, in bookkeeping, or a related field.
- Ability to write clearly and assist with word processing tasks.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under limited supervision.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
