We are a brokerage firm specializing in life insurance and retirement solutions, and we are actively looking for motivated Recruiters to help us grow our team of licensed agents and financial professionals. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with unlimited earning potential, ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to build a career in the financial services industry.

• Source, attract, and onboard candidates interested in careers in life insurance, retirement planning, and financial services.
• Develop recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the licensing and onboarding process.
• Partner with branch managers and leadership to meet recruiting goals.
• Build long-term relationships with recruits, helping them integrate into the team and succeed.
• Promote our company culture and vision of creating financial literacy and generational wealth.

• Previous recruiting, sales, or leadership experience preferred (not required).

• Interest in the financial services industry (life insurance, retirement planning, annuities).
• Must be 18 and able to pass a background check.
