Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Agent at Real Ganga Insurance Services. The Insurance Agent will identify prospective clients, conduct needs assessments, and recommend appropriate insurance products across personal, commercial, and specialty lines. Daily responsibilities include explaining policy options and coverage details, preparing quotes, submitting applications, and guiding clients through underwriting and policy issuance. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships through regular follow-ups, handling renewals, and providing prompt support for policy changes and inquiries. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners, stay current on industry regulations and product updates, and document all interactions in the company’s systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in insurance-focused skills such as Insurance, Insurance Sales, and Insurance Brokerage to assess client needs and offer suitable coverage options.
- Understanding of Finance to explain premiums, deductibles, and coverage limits in clear, client-friendly terms.
- Strong Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, address concerns, and provide timely support throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Relevant experience in insurance or financial services, with knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines preferred.
- Active insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one) as required by state or regional regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working independently in a remote environment with measurable goals and targets.
