Job Description

We’re on the lookout for an Entry-Level Real Estate Photographer who thrives in social environments and loves working with people. If you’re the kind of person who can light up a room with your personality, this might be the perfect role for you! Experience is not necessary—we’re willing to train you from scratch. Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships by demonstrating accountability, being knowledgeable, and always maintaining a positive attitude
• Create photo, video, drone, 3D services, and floorplans.
• Capture stunning photos of residential and commercial properties
• Deliver media content in a timely and consistent manner
• Work closely with the editing team to ensure top-quality output
• Build strong rapport with real estate agents and maintain positive relationships
• Be a welcoming, enthusiastic presence on-site, representing Real Focused Media with a smile
• Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing our services and offer creative consultations to showcase yourself as a subject-matter expert and provide in-field upgrades
• Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely.
• Maintain responsive and consistent communication with our team and clients.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment while staying highly organized.
• Maintain calendar accuracy for time-tracking purposes and consistency.
• Travel to and from scheduled shoots in a timely manner while driving safely.
• Communicate any applicable field notes to respective team members.
• Operate effectively within a team environment and individually

• Tech-Savvy: You have reliable internet, a computer, and an iPhone 15 or higher.
• Location: You’re currently located within a 20-mile radius of Spokane, WA.
• Customer Service Experience: While no experience is required, a background in service industries (such as bartending, serving, or hospitality) is a plus. The people skills developed in these roles are highly valued.

Requirements

• Photography Skills: Basic knowledge or willingness to learn (training provided).
• Drone Certification: FAA Part 107 Drone License. (must be completed within 10 days of hire) Don't let this part scare you, it's fairly easy to acquire!
• Transportation: Reliable transportation (vehicle 2014 or newer) and valid driver's license. Ability to travel within a 40-mile radius of Spokane.
• Communication & Customer Service: Strong communication skills and prior customer service experience.
• Tech-Savvy: Access to a computer with high speed internet for uploading photos.
• Background Check: Required.

Physical Activities

• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions including up and down stairs.
• Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hand, and/or fingers
• Operating electronic equipment
• Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
• Driving to complete job duties and standing for extended periods of time

Work Hours

This is a remote/traveling, part-time variable (4-20 hours per week) hourly, non-exempt position. Hours will vary with seasonality and availability.
