Who We’re Looking For:
Certified personal trainers (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) who want to train at an elite level
Coachable professionals eager to learn and apply The Real Approach
High-energy motivators who can engage and inspire clients
Go-getters who know how to bring in clients and help grow the gym
Trainers with experience in group fitness classes (preferred but not required)

What You’ll Do:
Train clients using The Real Approach—our unique system for maximizing results
Sell and deliver high-end personal training programs to motivated clients
Teach high-energy group fitness classes that reflect our brand’s values
Build strong relationships and deliver transformational experiences
Represent Real Fitness and Nutrition with passion, professionalism, and pride

Pay: $10.00 - $70.00 per hour
