are We are looking for talent Are you a friendly, hard-working, self-starter looking for a position to challenge you and provide growth opportunities?

The person in this role must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities along with being friendly and outgoing, with a strong desire to help others. They will assist the CEO with agent intake and exit processes and provide extraordinary customer experience for all of our real estate associates. This person should be a self-starter that is comfortable taking charge with little supervision. You must be able move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agent's needs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the onboarding process brand new agents and agents coming from other brokerages into the company and provide a white glove experience to each individual
  • Train closely our with agents with our tech platform
  • Must be able move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agent's needs in a timely manner
  • Strong understanding that the agents in our office are our clients
  • Follow up communications with agents joining our brokerage
  • Produce and post social media - Campaigns and posts Ads
  • Communications with prospective agents getting into the Real Estate business
  • Work closely with CEO on prospective candidates
  • Manage and coordinate a robust office education, training, and event calendar
  • Set up / prepare for training classes and events
  • Facilitate the weekly office orientation to new agents
  • Provide world-class customer experience to all real estate associates
  • Must be flexible We are a growing company and it can be expected that the role and responsibilities will evolve as we grow

Qualifications:

  • Must be a self driver Take ownership of the position and make it better
  • Ability to manage, organize, and execute events and multiple projects
  • Provide world-class customer service to associates and their clients
  • Friendly, approachable personality

  • Strong work ethic
  • Tech Savvy
  • Experience in or knowledge of real estate is a plus. If not, we'll teach you
  • Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, Microsoft office, Canva is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $55,000.00 per year
